The PM Kisan 23rd installment of ₹2,000 was released on 20 June 2026 to over 9.44 crore farmers, so the 24th installment is the next one due — expected around October 2026 based on the scheme’s four-monthly pattern, though the exact date has not been officially announced yet. When will the 24th installment come?
PM-KISAN instalments are released roughly every four months. The 21st came in November 2025, the 22nd on 13 March 2026, and the 23rd on 20 June 2026. Following that pattern, the 24th ₹2,000 is expected around October 2026. The government has not yet notified the exact date — always confirm on the official portal, and be wary of any website claiming a “confirmed” date that the ECI/Agriculture Ministry has not announced.
How to check your beneficiary status
- Open pmkisan.gov.in and click Beneficiary Status / Know Your Status.
- Enter your registration number or Aadhaar/mobile number and the OTP.
- You will see your installment history and whether the latest payment is credited, pending or on hold.
Three things you must complete
Money stops for most farmers because of these — fix them before the next release:
- eKYC: complete OTP-based or biometric eKYC on the portal/CSC.
- Aadhaar–bank seeding: your bank account must be linked to Aadhaar and NPCI-mapped (DBT enabled).
- Land record verification: your land details must be verified by the state.
Why your PM Kisan money did not come
Common reasons: eKYC pending, Aadhaar not seeded with the bank, land verification incomplete, name/Aadhaar mismatch, or you fall under an exclusion category (income-tax payer, government employee, etc.). Check the “Status” and “Aadhaar” tabs on the portal and correct the flagged issue.
